All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely delighted with your Sonoma Goods For Life purchases. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help with a returns process that’s as refined and considerate as our product selection.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you ample time to ensure each piece perfectly complements your home aesthetic.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
- Free of any damage, odors, or alterations
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety and quality of our products for all customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Essential Oils & Diffusers – For health and safety reasons, these intimate wellness products cannot be returned once opened
- Candles – Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, candles cannot be returned if the seal has been broken
- Candle Sets – Opened candle sets are not eligible for return
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Return Process

Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same process as returns
- Clearly indicate the item you wish to exchange for in your request
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, you’ll receive a refund for the difference
